A. 申し訳ありませんが個人のための制作は現在お受けしておりません。

Q. 発注〜納品までの流れを教えてください

メールでのお問い合わせ内容を確認後、一両日中に返信いたします。
必要に応じてヒアリングを行い、見積書を提出いたします。
双方合意の上、ラフ制作を進めます。白黒線画の状態ですが、リクエストがあればカラーラフの提出も可能です。
ラフをご確認いただき、修正を行います。
問題がなければ仕上げ作業を進めます。納品データは基本Illustrator形式（.ai）ですが、画像化することも可能ですのでご相談ください。
（※制作期間は内容によって異なりますが、着手前に予定をお伝えします。）
After the mail from CONTACT page, I'll reply you within 2 days include the day of inquiry. I will submit an estimate after the hearing.
By mutual agreement, I make the rough. It is not colored at that point, but can do colored version if you prefer.
If there's no problem, I complete the work based on the rough. Basically the data is Adobe Illustrator File (.ai), but image is also available.
*The creation time depends on the project and it is told before starting making.
Q. 修正回数に制限はありますか？
Is there a limitation of revision time?
A. 期間内での対応については特に制限を設けておりませんのでご安心ください。
ただし、双方同意の上進行させた状態からのやり直し、ご依頼時と異なる内容の変更対応については修正の範疇外とし、あらたに制作費と制作期間が必要になる場合がありますのでご了承ください。
There's no limitation for the time of making.
However, starting over after the consensus or changing the order content are not accepted. If the change is necessary, additional charge will be needed.
Q. 価格表がないので制作費の相場がわかりません
I can not expect the cost because there is no price list.
A. イラスト制作は内容、条件によって大きく金額がかわるため料金表を作成することができません。

It really depends on the project so please let me know what you need to do with the illustration first.
Q. イラストを流用、再使用することは問題ありませんか？
Is it okay to reuse or repurpose the illustration?
A. ご依頼時の内容には含まれていなかった他の媒体・用途でお使いいただく場合や、使用期限が切れたイラストを再使用する場合には二次使用料が必要になりますので事前にご相談ください。
Please consult about the use first. For other media or other purposes or reusing the illustration which has been expired will need to cost additionally as secondary usage fee.
Q. 納品されたイラストは加工しても良いですか？
Is it okay to edit the illustration?
A. お渡ししたデータの改変や加工はお断りしております。色変更、サイズ変更、左右反転、トリミングのご希望があればこちらで対応いたしますので事前にご連絡ください。
It is not accepted. If you need to change color or size or reflect or trimming etc., I can do for you so please let me know.
Q. 著作権譲渡を前提とした仕事は相談できますか？

A. 原則お断りをしておりますが、用途によっては対応しております。
キャラクター、ロゴ、シンボル、マスコットマークについては契約書を交わしたうえで、著作権を譲渡することもできますのでご相談ください。

Basically it is not available, but depends on the project. It could be possible.
For character making, logo, symbol, mascot mark etc. could be okay so please consult about the project first.
